I have done this and know it to be true, so training the Gag reflexive is much easier than avoiding it. Initially a few things you need to understand, the worry of coughing, the fear of not being able to mouth, its a despair feeling and your biological inclinations are to get ahead immediatly.

ehThe' instances' appears to be set of semi-related movie. It seems like it ought to be discarded, IMO.
